Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Colorado Child Support Laws/Parenting Time

CO child support law provides that the expenses of transporting the children from 1 parent to the other are allocated in accordance with their proportional incomes. Can the judge make the order that 1 parent is solely responsible for all travel expenses of the child to visit the non-cutodial parent. Judge allowed me to leave the state w/the child & now is requiring me to incur all travel expenses & is not allowing it to appear on the child support worksheet. Judge is also requiring me to bring the child back to the state for more days than I have vacation time. I beleive that both of these is to try & force me to move back to the state. Judge ordered the husband to seek counseling & that the counselor would determine parenting time & now the judge says he can rule & determine parenting time w/out the input of the counselor. Judge ordered husband to seek counseling 13 mos ago & he still has not gone to counseling. My ex admitted to driving while intoxicated with the child in the car, to having an accident w/ the child in the car while intoxicated but will not rule that this is child abuse even though the state considers it to be and is now allowing for extended overnights do I have any recourse in regards to any of this.
