Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Divorce vs. Annulment

Long before I married my husband, he had a vasectomy. I knew this before we got married, but he told me when the time was right he would get a reversal so that we could have children. We've been married 3 years now.I'm ready to have kids and he adamantly does not want any now.Is this grounds for an annulment

in CO? What is the difference between annulment and divorce? He is a Canadian filing for his permanent residency and I am his sponsor. How does this complicate things? We do own property together in CO.

Re: Divorce vs. Annulment

This could be a basis for annulment; however, divorce is much simpler. You would need to talk to an immigration attorney to answer your second question.
