Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

my yougest sibling is the executor and power of attorney for my parents. My dad passed last year and she is starting that myself and other siblings have no right to review the financial documents. Is this true? I think she is spending my moms money. She is totally in charge of every decision that is made for my mom at this point

Assuming you are beneficiaries, then you have a right to an accounting. However, you imply that your mom is still alive. That would make her the sole beneficiary at this time. Usually, however, a trustee/executor is only required to give an annual accounting. So the questions are whether this estate is pursuant to a will or trust? If a will, has the estate been closed and, if not, why not? If a trust, has the trust been closed and, if not, why not?

I highly recommend a review of the estate documents.
