Re: drug charges

Retain an attorney and confide only in that attorney and not on the net in an open forum. You may have defenses to the charge. Good Luck!

Re: drug charges

It sounds like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. My advice is to hire a very good criminal defense lawyer. In life, honesty may be the best policy. In law, honesty could get you thrown in jail or at least, a record to live with for life. You should not talk about your factual situation to anyone. Get a good lawyer ASAP, tell him what happened and then follow his advice. You may very well have a winable case. But do not naively believe that just because you are in the right that everything will work out. You must have a strong advocate on your side to protect your rights.
