Starting a Sports league

Me and my friends where planning on starting a Non-profit fight league Not a bare knuckle fight league but their would be Fight contracts also injury waivers and realease forms so we could show the fight online on are website we will create we where wanting to do this for fun just for sport but we didnt know if we would be branded as a unground fight league it would be organized and their would be refs and rules and protective gear would be worn such as mouth pieces and gloves just wanted to know if it was legal to do this I mean I see nothing wrong with it but dont know how the public would view it and if the police could take action against us

Well for starters, you need an attorney to incorporate you. I would suggest an LLC. Second you need someone to manage the league and someone to work out contract law and waivers.
