Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

child custody

we are in mediation, ex agrees to nothing! Do I need a lawyer to get a temp order put in place for the kids? She has purposally changed their routine so when we go to trial she can say she has them more. She only lets me see them on weekends. She has a psyc history and two dcf reports! I have nothing. I just want my kids to go back to their normal routine. The kids are feeling this big time. Help!

Re: child custody

If she does not agree, then you must obtain a court order. There are several motions before trial that can be made to, among other things, permit visitation or custody. From the facts you gave, it seems you have a solid case. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
