Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Non Contested Guardianship to Grandmother

I have filed (with my daughter's consent/signature) with the probate court for Guardianship of my 3 yr old grandson. After 4 weeks we finally got a date of 9/30 and the child has been living with me since 8/25. Now my daughter wants to change the date because it isnt good for her. Can this be done?
