Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Harassment from Ex-Wife

What are my rights to stop my ex-wife from repeatedly calling my cell phone, emailing me and texting me under the guise of discussing our kids. I receive about 5-6 emails a week, a phone call almost every morning and now she is texting me up to 15 times a day. She is trying to prevent me from seeing my kids when it is my court ordered time with them and is cutting off my contact with them by shutting off their cell phones (that I pay for) so I cannot speak with them. She wants me to call her cell phone when I want to speak with my 14 yr. old son and 12 yr. old daughter. Can I get a restraining order against her? Help!

Re: Harassment from Ex-Wife

Your best bet is to take her back to court on a contempt. Be sure to save all the messages and other proof.
