Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Support prior to divorce

My husband filed for divorce and is asking for full sole custody, even though I am the one who cares for them everyday. I have lost several jobs due to this and now that I have no money he wants to kick me into the street with nothing and claims hes broke although I have reciepts showing thousands of dollars on deposits to his accounts all of which I am not named.

You are going to need a lawyer fast. If you cannot afford a lawyer, check with your local Court for free legal aid services. Some attorneys may barter legal services. You may call me for a free consultation if you are in Southern California. www.divorce-legal.net

I am sorry I did not realize that this was not a California Case. I am not licensed to practice law in CT and cannot give advice on CT family law cases. Please disregard my previous post.
