Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Co-execs have joint lawyer. Can I claim against est for my own ?

I am co-executor in a CT ancilliary probate. We have a joint CT estate lawyer. Can I charge the estate for my own lawyer in the event of a conflict ? (The other executor said they would)
