Is it possible to get experience letter from employer A after leaving the company 7 years ago?This is for GC process?If not what is the alternative?

Also previous employer B is not ready to give experience letter?What can be done?Procedure for self affidivat?

The best option is to get employment verification letters from previous employers. If this is not feasible and you were under non-immigrant visa (i.e. H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-1), you might get a copy of the employment petition letter, paystubs, and affidavits from other witness to prove your employment history.
