Legal Question in Employment Law in Delaware

Wages/ labor law

I am a Dental hygienist who was hired to work 19 hours per week. My employer does not issue pay stubs. I recieved my w-2 form and realized he under paid me by atleast 3200.00 for 2006. I questioned him and he has been unresponsive. we do not have a time clock only the daily schedules and witnesses to prove i was there. What should my next step be in recouping these wages. Lastly, this does not include jan 2007 shortages or potentially feb. for now I am still employed there

Re: Wages/ labor law

In addition to back wages, you may also be entitled to interest + other statutory damages.

Call or email for help.

You should start documenting days + hours worked using a calendar.

I'm unclear if you are saying that you worked more than 19 hours but were only paid for 19 hours per week. Please help clarify your problem and then you should consult with an attorney in your area.
