Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

Denied employment at Lynx services after working there before for 2 years.

Should I be denied employment from a place I used to work because of seizures that absences were held against me each time even with a doctor note, I worked through other things such as colds and such and now employment has been refused me due to my not being what they are looking for when I know the job and what to do with no trainging and they are advertising on t.v. for people and in the paper?

You question provides very little information on your seizures and so I can offer little information regarding whether your condition would be a covered disability under the Americans With Disabilities Act (or a similar Florida state statute). If you do feel you were terminated or denied employment because of a disability then you need to file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC.
