Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I have permanent restrictions due to work comp of 10 years ago. Work recently decided to eliminate the position and tried to force me to work against my restrictions. Now they eliminated my job and was let go. Can they do that?

You could possibly have claims for violations of the ADA and 440.205 which is the workers comp retaliation statute.
