Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Timeshare fraud

My husband and I bought a timeshare vacation package from a company who stated to us numerous times that they owned two resorts in the Anna Maria Island area of Florida, we even have an email from the salesperson that backs the fact that they did tell us this before purchasing. The literature they gave to us also lead us to believe that they owned it, never said otherwise. Two months later after signing contract and giving them $24,000.00, we found out that they do not own the Anna Maria Island resorts, they only manage them, making it very difficult to make a reservation there. This company told us so many thing's that we found later were not true. We are trying to get our money refunded.

We have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of FL and TN (where business is located) and our own Attorney General, where we live in Michigan, along with the Federal Trade commission. Is there anyone else we can contact in getting our full money back, for I believe this constitutes as fraud.

Thank you!
