Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I work as a A/C service tech in Fl. When I 1st started working for the company, I could always count on starting at 7 am and was usually off by 5 pm with lunch somewhere around 11 to 1. Now I never know when I start or if I'll even get to work from day to day, when lunch will be or when I will get off. One day I won't work at all with absolutely no notice and the next day I'm expected to work sixteen hours. I feel like I'm just being taken advantage of and have no rights. The owner uses this to manipulate what overtime I earn. I did not agree to this when I hired on.
