DCF ethics

Hello,

We are the owners of a childcare facility. We are monitered by dcf and have a specific counsler that inspects our facility.

We recently heard from one of our parents of 2 children,that our counsler had contacted them recently and told them that we were of the bottom 5% of all the childcare's in the county and to remove their children immediately.She also stated that she would tell this to everyone that she knows! The parents stated that they loved our staff and our facility.

She continued to make several , horrible, false allegations against our business and we have found other parents that have stated she has said similar comments to them.

We are a respected company in our area, and have been on the local news with a A+ rating.

When we first opened almost 2 years ago another employee of the DCF also made false allegations against our facility and was termanated on the spot. The two people are freinds.

Our counsler has been taken off and we have recieved another.

But our previous counsler has not been suspended and is still out in the field, probably trying to discredit us further,

We have looked at the ethic's and morals law for this type of position and she has violated several and has cost us loss of business.

Obviously, your reputation has been tarnished and discredited as aq result of the malicious and libelous imputation against your institution. This a clear case for damages and defamation.However, it is important that you engage a counsel of your own choice to assert your right in this regard.
