Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We ordered Product wrong item delivered
A local furniture store sold us two recliners in a specific color, two months later delivered the wrong color, will not take the wrong color back and has promised us ''any day now'' for three more months. Today I went to the store and the owner told me to kiss his a***. What are our options?
