Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

If a pharmacy gave me the wrong person medicine, and I took it un knowingly. It was a very high dose of blood pressure medicine. I did not go to the hospital because I was told by the pharmacy that I didn't need to that I should just be around people. I had about 2 hours of intense diorientation & dizzines & slured speech.

You should have gone to the hospital. Pharmacists are not doctors, and this pharmacist was practicing medicine without a license. You need a personal injury/malpractice attorney to review your case. What the pharmacist did should probably also be reported to the proper state authorities.

See my article about medical malpractice at my web site. Fortunately for you, most likely the damages will not be sufficient to have a lawyer want to become involved in your case. Of course I say fortunately because only very serious injuries generally can be pursued.
