Can an attorney, debt collector, who has filed a judgment for debt collection, take Social Security money for payment when SS is the only form of income of 1 spouse and is the other spouse's income subject to garnishment from same collector

Social Security is not garnishable. The other spouse's income may be protected as "head of household" wages, but you didn't provide enough information for me to let you know. You might want to look up Florida "head of household" exemption on the internet.
