Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

can i be held responsible for my husband's debts

My husband owes money to an insurance agency for a car accident he was in. If the insurance agency takes him to court and they win, can they go after my assets? (i.e. bank account, house, stocks, etc.) These assets are all in my name and my name only.
