Can your Mortgage Co have your wages garnished due to foreclosure in the stat of Florida

If the property is foreclosed upon, and there is a deficiency between what is owed on the mortgage and the value of the property, the mortgagee (bank) can obtain a deficiency judgement against you. A deficiency judgment may be collected by many other means, including wage garnishment.
