recover funds from a large loan given to someone

I need reassurance. I loaned a couple 25,000.00 to thier buisness which they still have, in 2006. Then I loaned them 20,000.00 personally. I have written notes and an ammoritizatin record from thier accountant of repayment. I only recieved 5 payments on each totaling 6,044.80. With interest they still owe me 44,477.76. Who do I go to for help on recovery?
