Student loans in collection
My SL's were in deferrment. Then two collection agencies are demanding full payment. Told me this: to live on the street, prositute, that the state is going to take my son and his CS payments. Also my full paycheck will be garnished. Said that they are going to sue my family for the funds. Refuses to provide proof or payment plan. When I asked them where to send the check, they said they don't accept checks. Sallie mae sold the loan and I've already started packing and looking for shelters for if they are right. Please help!

You are being harassed. You should consult an attorney to write an appropriate letter under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
