Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have had a time share at Grand Sea's resort in Datona beach FL. for 10 years,

when I started the fee was about $400 a year,Now its over $800 a year.

I spent about $1100 over the last few years trying to get rid of it.

Money lost. I am now on SS, am 70 yo and can't afford it .

I didn't pay last year.what can I do to end this ? Harold

Send them a quitclaim deed and see if they accept. SS is exempt from any court judgment they could obtain.

Just as a suggestion - if you have no use for it and can't sell it - then just assign for them to rent it out and once the HOA fees are paid, forward the balance to you on an annual basis. This way you get income, and you don't have the hassell of renting out.
