After over 40 years, can I still charge someone for child molestation on a child under 10 yrs. old? I am the victim.

You should still report it to the police. Depending upon the facts it may or may not be subject to the statute of limitations. Nonetheless, report it and all the details to the police and the state attorney will make the decision.
