If i have not yet recieved sentencing for possession of marijuana under 20 grams, can I be drug tested on my court date?

Some counties conduct drug tests the day of a court date or shortly after.
You may wish to speak to an attorney about possibly delaying your sentencing date if you believe you may test positive.
