Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Ive been sentenced to 20 and a half years in prison, how can I get out before then and I have no prior history with the law.

You have to give much more information, such as what crimes you were sentenced for, any enhancements, when you were sentenced, etc. It would be best if you had someone retain a lawyer to review your file and come talk to you. In general though, in Florida one has to do 85% of any sentence minimum. If there is a minimum mandatory, that must be served before release. Plus, any early release will depend on the crimes you were convicted of, your behavior in prison, and other factors.
