Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have told a man who has been constantly harassing me to stay away from me and my family because he was saying he would go meet my mom. Yet a few days ago, my dad took my car and went to the market. The man confronted my dad at the store(the man lives far away and had no reason to be at the specific store and there are no pictures of my dad online and he recognized my dad somehow) so I believe he followed my car from my neighborhood thinking it was me in there and so recognized that the man must be my dad in the car. Is this stalking? I have been told by people that they think it is intent since it wasn't me in the car. But I said specifically stay away from my family.
