Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

discrimination against a girl involved in a "all boys" sport

My 13-year old daughter is playing on an otherwise all-boys ice hockey team in Florida. She was asked to try out for the team, but is playing about 1/2 the time the boys do. I feel she is a victim of discrimination. What kind of lawyer deals with this kind of case? Where can I find one? Where can I find other inforaiton on this problem.

I would ask around for a referral to a general practice attorney or an attorney who handles sexual harassment. Referral from a satisfied client is the best way to find a good attorney. If that doesn't work call your local bar association and ask for a referral. Good luck.
