Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

About 5 years ago I was arrested for meth, paraphernalia and pot well about a month ago I was arrested for DUI on drugs I almost hit a cop I had a prescription for two but not the pain pills I didn't take the plea deal and my jury trial is tmr what will I get it I'm convicted since this is my 2nd offense with drugs? I consented to the urine test in jail so I'm sure it came back positive
