My was issued a ticket for her third DUI. One was over 10 years ago and the othe one was about nine. Will she be charged with a felony or what do you think the out come will be?

Without the exact dates, it is impossible to say for sure, but probably not. A third offense which occurs within 10 years after a prior conviction is a felony. You didn't state whether her conviction for the prior was within 10 years. Either way, she needs to be represented to protect her rights. Good luck.
