entertainment agreement

hi

we need a contract between three parties for equal ownership of a tv show for all territories to include merchandise

we are the shows creators & each have creative input which has to be agreed by all parties before any decisions are made

we need an agreement which states we are entitled to one third each of all monies earnt from profit of sale of the tv show which has a title once seperate investors & film crew have been paid

any likeness of the show & its content is prohibited to be sold

we are the shows creators & are seeking a contract between us at this point to include equal ownership

which pre prepared agreement would we need?

You probably need several agreements. You should schedule an appointment to discuss the matter fully, and have agreements drafted specific to your project and agreement.
