Florida divorce law doesn't require that you pay back all the money that he spent on you. In fact, you're probably entitled to one-half of all the assets you've acquired (and debt) since you've married. Alimony is a tough call. Since you've only been married a short time, it's doubtful that you will receive permanent alimony, but you should sit down with a family law attorney and discuss that further.
