Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The exchange of the child at visitation time

Am I as the non-custodial parent, required to travel 40 miles round trip out of my way to her babysitter for my visitation, or to her house which is two miles away. What are the guidelines?

Unless there is a procedure established in a court Order. The transfer procedure should be "fair and equitable". If the parties cannot agree on what is equitable, the Judge, after hearing both parties, can set such guidelines. An experienced trial attorney could be of great assistance in establishing such guidelines. If you would like a consultation regarding attorney's fees and costs for the procedure, please call my office at 407-679-3823
