Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Grandson is 4 years old, parents are divorced for over 2 years. He was in his fathers sole custody-living with him(though parents had joint custody) until February 2014. In April 2014 I filed and got temporary custody. Mother has 2 other children, 1 year old girl in a process of being adopted by someone else and 5 years old boy whose custody has aunt of the mother. Mother never paid child's support, or contributed financially - she doesn't work, saw child occassionaly, never had scheduled, regular visits. Mother is an addict and now wants to go to Susan b. Anthony rehab and take my grandson with her. Can she do that? She doesn't have permanent place to leave, lives with her aunt and was recently court ordered evicted from aunt house. Her husband is also an addict, what will happen with child when she gets out after 30 days? she doesn't know that child, never cared for him until now when she wants to get into free rehabilitation program - she doesnt have health insurance. Can she take my grandson with me having temporary custody, without my consent, and child father consent? What can I do to stop it, she will just hurt this child more than he is already hurt.

thank you

File for an adoption and termination of parental rights. Use of a lawyer is recommended.
