At a hearing to contest notice of delinquency, who has burden of proof?
Does the custodial parent have to prove to the court the other parent can pay?
Or, does the parent who cannot pay have to prove why they can't pay? They are not questioning what is due.

It is your burden of proff to prove mistake or error.
If you cant pay the monthly amount then you have to get it lowered.
Use of a lawyer is recommended.
