Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We had a hearing set for trial in my timesharing case we have was ordered mediation and at the hearing we came into a stipulated agreement that once was it was written by the courts I did not agree with and I never signed anything is this agreement valid? We live in Florida.

If you did not agree in writing, you are not bound by it. The judge must be so advised.

If it is not reduced to writing and signed by all, then there is no agreement.
