Non-compliance of final divorce decree

My ex-wife refuses to abide by our final divorce decree, and the judge that issued this decree, refuses to enforce it.Because of this,my credit has been tarnished, and I cannot see,or talk to my daughter.I have taken her back to court for contempt, but the judge denies the claim. How do I resolve this situation?

Re: Non-compliance of final divorce decree

You do not say how your wife is in contempt of the divorce decree. If you are discussing property settlement, the judge must enforce the agreement. You must present the facts clearly, howver, and have documentation to back up your claims.

If you are discussing support or custody issues, the judge must either enforce agreement or modify the agreement. Again you must present your claims clearly and you must have documentation. The judge will always consider the best interest of the child in making custody or visitation decisions

If you give me a better idea of the issues, I can give you more information.
