Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

two people get married.they have purchased a house and the property is placed under her name and the house is under his name.they dont get a divorced.three years later she comes back and tries to take hald of everything.he does not have proof of her infadality.how can he go about getting divorced and not loosing anything as she was the unfaithful one.does she have any rights?

As a general rule, property purchased after a couple gets married is evenly split during a divorce, even if it has to be sold to make that happen. Title and infidelity don't play much of a role in it.
