I was recently Divorced, and I was awarded 1/2 of a very small 401K. How do I go about getting it? My husband packed his suitcase and left,

Let's hope he didn't withdraw his 401k. I suggest you either contact the company to see if he is still employed there or find out where he is and file a contempt and serve on him to bring him to court.
