Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

How do I prepare an answer to a complaint. My common law husband died on Aug. 24, 2005, on Sept. 12, I was fired and I was served with a summons from my employer who is sueing me fro Tortious Interference with an Adventageous Business Relationship, Defamation and Intentional Inflection of Emotional Distress. Also he put in an emergency motion for injunctive relief. Here I am bereved, unemployed, have a minor child ended up in the hospital with a heart attack and can get no one to help me with this case. I need help preparing an answer to the complaint and I would like to get proof from this attorney. How can a company suffer from emotional distress. The attorney owns 20 percent of the Title Company where I worked and had a relationship for sometime with the President. Please help me !!
