Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I purchased a car on a Friday evening and it is now Monday. I looked over the paperwork and found a "Marketing Fee" charged to me. I was told by the dealer that this is a fee the loan company charges the dealer because they are a preferred dealer for that loan company. I called the loan company today and was told that they do not charge such a fee. Can I recsind my contract with the dealership?

Yes. You have 3 days to chancge your mind about the contract. Take the car back if you please.

Unforunately, unless the contract says you can return the car within 3 days, the right to return a car in 3 days does not apply. What does the contact say about the fee? This may be an unfair and deceptive practive and a violation of law.
