Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Tv

I purchased a TV in May 07. About 3 months ago it stopped working. We called Best Buy and they sent a tech out. He could not diagnose the problem. It was then sent to the repair center. They have had it now for 3 months and said it is now fixed. They still cannot give me an answer as to what was wrong with it. The warranty expires on it in 2 weeks and I feel this TV is defective and I want a replacement. The manufacterer and the store both said they are not required to relace it since it now is fixed.

Please help! What do you think I should do from here?

Re: Tv

Enjoy your TV.

If they have repaired the TV and it os working fine, they need not replace it.

Buy an extended warranty if you have concerns.
