Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

illegally

My husband came in illegally 10 years ago.We met 8 years ago and were going on 6 years married. I filed the I-130 and it has been aprove,im afraid because i have a daughter with him and im afraid they might deport him being that he has raise my other two kids and my daughter from the other married is disabled and she loves him like a dad.What would be my next step for his papers?

He'll likely need to return to his home country and process for the green card in conjunction with a waiver application, assuming he doesn't quality under 245(i).
