Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hi, I am a legal intern assigned on work here in the U.S... My J1 Visa expires on April 17th 2016... My memorandum stipulates I have to return to the phillipines when it expires.. However, I met someone during my time here and we want to get married, Will being legally married void all terms and conditions stated in my J1 Visa therefore, allowing me to stay in the United States? Thank You
