Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
What may i sue for?
If my car gets damaged by an at fault, uninsured driver, and I have my own auto policy fix my car, I'm out the deductible. When I take the other driver to court, can I sue for the entire repair bill, or only my deductible amount?

You cannot collect twice, your deductible only.
