I have been working for a private law office in miami florida, for 5 years. I have no health insurance, no 401K, no nothing, and I have 3 week vacation. What are my rights.

Employers are not required by law to provide insurance, retirement benefits, sick pay or vacation pay. They are required to pay you for the hours you work and, in most cases, time and half for any overtime.
