Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

If I am an independent contractor, and I receive hourly pay from a contractee for doing work for them on a computer that they provided me in my home, can i be forced to install a webcam that they send me on their computer such that they can watch me work in my own home?

That depends on what is in your employment contract. If it is in your contract, you do not have to comply. However, you may find yourself without a job.
