Loss of Revenue

I you have an employee who gives notice of termination, then days before his given end date, stops showing up, how can you collect on any revenue loss due to their no show?

Were they under contract? If not, Florida is an at-will employment state. People can get hired and fired, whenever for any reason (other than very limited protected classes such as sex, race, religion, disability, etc...), even if and after they give notice. If they were under contract, please seek a qualified attorney such as ourself to discuss your specific facts.
